• Answers you give in an assessment, quiz, or calculator, including revenue ranges, pricing, team size, and current sales process.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you visit, the time of your visit, and the page that referred you. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding how the site is used.

Information From Other Sources

As part of our business development we review publicly available professional information, primarily LinkedIn profiles and company websites, to identify businesses that may be a fit for our services. Where that information relates to an individual, it becomes personal information and is covered by this policy. It typically includes name, job title, employer, public profile URL, and publicly listed business contact details.

Client Data

When we deliver services, clients give us access to systems and data that may contain personal information about their own contacts and prospects. We process that information on the client's instructions under our services agreement with them. The client remains the controller of it. If you believe your information was given to us by one of our clients, contact that business first, or contact us and we will help route the request.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information such as health data, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or precise geolocation. Please do not send us that kind of information. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

We use personal information to:

• Respond to your enquiry, application, or booking request.
• Generate and return the results of an assessment, scorecard, or calculator you complete.
• Send you the resource, guide, or download you requested.
• Assess whether our services are a fit for your business, and prepare for a conversation with you.

We use automated systems internally to organize, enrich, and prioritise enquiries and prospect records. These systems support our decisions about who to contact and what to say. They do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

Our internal systems are protected by session authentication and database level access rules.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. You can also reply to any email from us asking to be removed, reply STOP to a text message, or email hello@revrabbit.io.

Opting out of marketing does not stop messages that relate directly to a request you made or to an active engagement, such as a reply to your enquiry or a scheduling confirmation.

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common standard for how sites should respond, so we do not respond to those signals. We do not track visitors across third-party websites regardless.

This site is for business professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
